PvP in an extraction game is less about fair duels and more about timing, sound, stamina, and knowing when another hunter is walking into your trap.
Do not take fair fights by default
A fair fight is expensive. It costs health, cooldowns, stamina, sound discipline, and time. The best PvP starts with advantage: better position, surprise, range, numbers, or an escape route.
Third parties are the real boss
Long fights attract other players. If you hear a boss fight or extended PvP, ask whether you should engage, wait for the winner to loot, or leave before the whole area collapses into chaos.
PvP fundamentals
Keep stamina for the second dodge, do not loot instantly after a kill, and never assume a solo target is actually alone. Extraction points are especially dangerous because players arrive hurt, greedy, and focused on leaving.
