Mistfall Hunter weapons & combat
Combat is about role clarity: know whether your kit wants to trade, kite, burst, support, or reset before the other hunter decides for you.
Weapon roles
Known class kits point toward clear weapon identities: Mercenary leans sword, shield, hammer, and punishment windows; Blackarrow plays ranged bow pressure; Shadowstrix uses daggers and stealth burst; Sorcerer fights with spell range; Seer supports with healing and control tools; Withered Knight pushes heavy melee aggression.
Stamina, blocking, and parries
Treat stamina as your second health bar. Blocking and parrying are powerful only when you leave enough stamina to disengage. Red or unblockable-style attacks should be dodged instead of absorbed.
How to choose a weapon plan
Beginners should pick forgiving tools that let them survive mistakes. Solo players need escape or range. Squads can specialize harder because teammates cover weaknesses.
- Beginner: defensive melee and simple punish windows
- Solo: stealth, range, or disengage tools
- Squad: support, control, or high burst
- Boss focus: sustained safe damage and recovery
